Design Phase
We collaborate with you to ensure the design meets all your requirements and use the information to quote for the work. We visit the site to assess any access restrictions.
Planning And Compliance
We can handle all the paperwork for you. Building, health and safety and fire regulations must all be adhered to. The planning permission stage can take approximately 8 – 12 weeks to complete.
Groundworks And Manufacturing
When the planning permission has been granted, the offsite manufacturing of the building’s modules commences whilst onsite foundation, mains services, ducting and drainage are begun. The completion of both phases of the project in tandem vastly reduces the lead times of the overall project.
Installation
The modular building is delivered to your site along with all the labour and machinery necessary and the construction begins including any external modifications and all internal fixtures and fittings. The project is completed according to the original design and ready to be handed over to you.
Commissioning And Handover
All final snagging tasks will be checked and taken care of to guarantee the finished product meets the client’s expectations. When these are completed, both the keys and certificates are handed over for you to move into the new facility and start benefitting from your new building
